Coach Chris Peña NASM CPT, CES began his fitness journey by participating in sports such as baseball, track & field, swimming, and wrestling at a young age. In 2018, Chris obtained his Personal Trainer certification with the American Council on Exercise, marking the beginning of his journey to share his healthy lifestyle with the community. Understanding the importance of continuous improvement, he has recertified with the National Academy of Sports Medicine with additional accreditation in Nutrition, Corrective Exercise and Virtual Coaching. Chris continues to develop meaningful and professional experience in the fitness industry under the mentorship of Puilok Choi PhD(c), MS, CSCS, FRCms, FRSC.
Christian educates and reinforces clients on proper exercise techniques while modeling positive habits. He promotes self-efficacy to ensure that each participant develops their own sustainable fitness lifestyle. With a wide variety of training techniques clients can expect an individualized program to help achieve any fitness goal.
